Guarantee
SA2050 Commercial Pty Ltd Guarantees that Hearing Armor ear protection purchased from SA2050 Pty Ltd is free from defect at the point of receipt and during initial use. Hearing Armor has been independently tested under standards that satisfy AS1270 and SA2050 Commercial Pty Ltd guarantees that the correct size Hearing Armor when properly fitted according to fitting guidelines will effectively and safely reducing damaging noise within the noise range specified for this product.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the condition and performance of Hearing Armor, please take the following action:
1. Stop using Hearing Armor immediately.
2. Contact SA2050 Commercial at sales@sa2050.com. You will be guided through the return and refund process.
3. Post the damage product in the condition that it was received and post to:
6A Edmund Avenue Unley, S.A. 5061.
Include a receipt for the cost of postage. Postal expenses for defected items returned under a warranty claim will be reimbursed.
4. Defective product will either be replaced, or the purchaser will be offered a full refund.
5. In the event that replacement Hearing Armor are delayed due to factors beyond the control of SA2050 Commercial, and that time delay is not acceptable to the purchaser, the purchaser will be notified and offered the option of a full refund.
