Shipping policy
Ear Armour will have the products collected by the nominated shipping service provider within 2 business days of order placement. Shipping time is dependent on the service selected at checkout. Please be aware that Covid-19 is impacting speed of delivery at this time, to some destinations.
We ensure that larger value purchases require signature upon delivery. Ear Armour is not responsible for any items lost or damaged if Permission to Leave is given. Due to the high incidence of Credit Card scams, we will not include Permission to Leave on higher value orders.
If your package does not arrive in the appropriate time frame please check your tracking details first. If that does not prove fruitful then contact us and we will look into it. If your item arrives damaged please contact us and we’ll sort this for you also.
